PGI Tools are structured instruments, not templates. Each one takes a finding you already have and returns a document a leadership team can table: a register, a brief, a roadmap, a set of questions with owners and dates against them.

How They Work

Bring one problem. Leave with one document.

Start from something real

A QuickCheck result, an assessment finding, an audit note, a board question that did not get a satisfying answer. The tool asks what you already know before it asks anything else.

Work through the structure

A sequence of prompts that forces the parts most teams skip: who owns this, what would tell us it is working, what happens if nobody does it, and by when.

Leave with a document

A register, a brief or a roadmap in a form that can go straight to an executive table — named owners, dates, and the reasoning behind each line preserved.

Each one exists because leadership teams kept building the same document badly under time pressure. Nothing here replaces judgement — it holds the structure while the judgement gets applied.

Governance Gap Scan

Good policy on paper does not guarantee good practice.

Most organizations have a policy. Fewer can say what it fails to cover. The Scan reads an existing position against the decisions your organization is actually making and returns the questions it leaves unresolved — not a compliance score, a list of things nobody has yet had to answer.

AI Risk Register Builder

A risk nobody owns is a risk nobody is managing.

Builds a register specific to AI-assisted decisions rather than a generic IT risk log: what the system influences, who is exposed if it is wrong, what would surface the error, and who is accountable for noticing. Output is structured for an existing enterprise risk process rather than beside it.

Boards are rarely short of information. They are often short of the right question.

Turns a technical or operational finding into two pages a board can act on: what changed, what it means for oversight, what the board is being asked to decide, and what it should ask next time. Written to be tabled without an executive rewriting it first.

90-Day Implementation Roadmap

Ninety days is long enough to move something and short enough to remember why.

Sequences findings into what happens in the first two weeks, the first month and the first quarter — with the dependencies made explicit, so the work that must come first is visible before the easy work absorbs the capacity.

What a Tool Cannot Do

A structure holds the work. It does not do the work.

A register with no owner against each line is a list. A roadmap nobody has agreed to is a wish. These instruments make the shape of the work visible and hard to avoid; the decisions inside them still belong to the people who sign.

A tool cannot tell you what your organization is willing to stop doing to make room for the work.
It cannot supply the authority to assign an owner who has not agreed to be one.
It will not resolve a disagreement between an executive and a board about what the risk actually is.
And it does not certify anything — to a regulator, a funder or an insurer.
