Using this site
This website and its contents belong to The Public Good Institute or its licensors. You are welcome to read, download and share our public materials — research papers, briefs and tools marked public — for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to The Public Good Institute and without alteration. Materials provided through paid programs or memberships are for the registered participant or organization and may not be redistributed or resold.
Not professional advice
PGI's publications, briefs, assessments and tools are educational. They offer structured ways to think about governance, risk, workforce, documentation and related questions; they are not legal, regulatory, privacy, clinical, financial or other professional advice, and they do not certify compliance with anything. Decisions about your organization remain yours, and consequential ones deserve advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Assessments and results
QuickChecks and assessments produce preliminary, self-reported readings. A result reflects the answers given, by the person who gave them, on the day they were given — nothing more. PGI accepts no liability for decisions taken in reliance on an instrument's output.
Prices and payment
All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are additional. Prices for defined programs are as stated at registration; scoped engagements are priced in writing before work begins. Where a price changes, existing written commitments are honoured.
The practical clauses
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranty; we may correct, update or remove content at any time. Links to other websites, including the Summit's own site, are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for their content. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Alberta.
