Review process and how findings are classified

Tell us about the proposed system. What it is for, who it touches, and what decision it would influence.
Answer what you know. Short structured questions on governance, data, oversight and accountability.
Provide vendor material where you have it. Proposals, model cards, security summaries, contract terms, whatever exists.
Identify what remains unknown. Mark the matters nobody can currently answer. This is a finding, not a failure.
Generate the review. A structured document you can take into procurement, legal or the executive table.

Unknown is a valid answer and is recorded as a governance signal.

Addressed: The material answers the matter, and the answer holds.

Partially addressed: Something is in place; part of the question is still open.

Unclear: The material is ambiguous, or two sources disagree.

Requires attention: Nothing addresses it, and the organization would carry the consequence.

How results are produced

PGI assessments use a structured scoring methodology and automated analysis to produce individualized results. Outputs are designed to support organizational learning and decision-making, and should be read in the context of your own operating environment.

Where a person is involved

The Executive & Board Pack and the Vendor Risk Review are reviewed by PGI before release. The Professional Assessment and the QuickChecks are not, and do not claim to be.

What we ask, and why

Questions cover practice, not people. We ask for your role and organization so results can be grouped and compared internally. Do not enter identifiable client, patient, child or service-user information at any point.

What this is not

PGI assessments and tools support organizational learning, governance and decision-making. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity or other professional advice, and they do not certify compliance.

Benchmarking: in development

Benchmarking is not currently available. Its indicative price when live is $1,500 CAD. Launch depends on:

Enough valid responses for a comparison to mean anything.
A method stable enough that this year and last year are the same question.
Peer groups defined on something more defensible than sector alone.
Group sizes large enough that no organization is identifiable within them.
